Based on the results of a recent study by University of Georgia, the publication says non-executive employees with strong educational backgrounds can contribute greatly to a company’s success for specific reasons. 

The research shows when it comes to financial information, highly educated workers excel at trend-forecasting and handling legal issues. They do not need to be experts in the field of accounting, either, but they are more likely to alert superiors about details that do not add up when reviewing such information, which can save businesses from making blunders.
