Louisiana-based architecture, engineering and construction firm Grace Hebert Curtis Architects acquired Southwest Florida-based BSSW Architects Inc., company officials said. Financial terms of the transaction were not disclosed. Founded in 1990, BSSW, which has offices in Fort Myers and Naples, provides design and consulting services. The company offers a wide array of services, including feasibility studies, site analysis, programming, building design, interior design and owner representation offerings, to a customer base comprised primarily of public sector agencies, including school districts and city and county governments, as well as commercial clients. GHC has locations in Texas, Louisiana and Florida and provides design and development solutions for a wide range of end markets, including education, civic, health care, commercial office and industrial.
