Arizona-based Truly Nolen Pest Control recently acquired Good Ole Pest Control, which opened in Naples in January. Joel Cribbs, owner of Good Ole Pest Control, decided to sell his company because he is moving to North Carolina to be closer to his parents due to his father’s health, said Cribbs, who worked for Truly Nolen as the supervisor of commercial pest control technicians in Southwest Florida for almost a decade. Truly Nolen plans to continue to search for expansion opportunities in new markets and markets it is already in, said Lance Washington, the company’s director of domestic franchising and acquisitions.
