Publix is on track to open in October at The Shoppes at Orange Blossom on Oil Well Road, anchoring Golden Gate Estates’ newest retail hub. Publix Liquors debuts this fall; Tropical Smoothie Cafe, Great Clips, Encore Nail Bar and more follow in late 2025/early 2026. Outparcels are filling fast — think Chipotle, Starbucks, Circle K, Mavis Tires & Brakes and Heartland Dental — plus a Fifth Third Bank and 384 new apartments next door.
