Construction is underway on Paraíso Beach Club, a private luxury beach club planned for Vanderbilt Beach in North Naples. The beachfront project will feature dining, pools, wellness amenities and Gulf-front access when it opens in late 2027.

Collier commissioners will vote Oct. 14 on rezoning and a conditional use for the Paraiso Beach Club on Vanderbilt Beach. Staff backs approval; supporters tout design and shuttles, while others raise beach-access concerns.
