A $350 million project called The Halcyon Residences & Marina will bring 66 luxury homes and a 120-slip private marina to Davis Boulevard. Developers plan to break ground in 2027, replacing Brookside Marina and Capital Pawn with two mid-rise towers and extensive amenities.
