Curran Young Construction began work on a 7,280-square-foot amenity campus at Turnleaf, a 1,735-home master-planned community off Burnt Store Road in Charlotte County. The project includes a 5,500-square-foot clubhouse, pickleball pavilion, pool facilities and other shared spaces designed to bring residents together. The development spans 426 acres southwest of downtown Punta Gorda.
