THE HOFFMANN FAMILY OF COMPANIES TO PURCHASE THE JAVA BUTLER
The Hoffmann Family of Companies has signed a letter of intent to purchase The Java Butler, a complete coffee service company. Founded by Tico Moreno in 2003, The Java Butler focuses on offering top equipment and service for customers while using state-of-the-art equipment, such as the deJong Virtu machine, a touch screen unit first brought to the state of Florida by Tico, according to a news release. The Java Butler will move in to and operate out of the Stan’s Coffee and Food Service’s 35,000-square-foot headquarters based in Lehigh Acres. The Hoffmann Family of Companies purchased Stan’s Coffee and Food Service in 2019, which, in addition to selling coffee and related products, warehouses and sells a variety of dry grocery items to the foodservice industry. The Hoffmanns are the largest commercial real estate owners in Naples, with 33 properties valued north of $500 million. They have purchased 27 operating businesses in Florida, a majority in the hospitality and service industry.
$1.3 MILLION OFFICE SELLS TO NEW BONITA SPRINGS SPECIALITY MEDICAL PRACTICE
Binyan 2 LLC recently purchased the 12,422-square-foot office building located at 25243 Elementary Way, Bonita Springs, from GLL Holdings LLC for $1.3 million. The City of Bonita Springs will be welcoming a new medical group to the area. The City of Bonita Springs worked closely with LandQwest agents Adam Palmer and Artem Nashman to approve the medical group’s specialty use. Palmer and Nashman of LandQwest Commercial represented the seller in this transaction. Phil Fischler with Fischler & Co. represented the buyer.
NARRATIVE COFFEE ROASTERS OPEN SHOP IN NORTH NAPLES
Narrative Coffee Roasters launched its first coffee shop Thursday at Mercato in North Naples. The freestanding unit at the mixed-use center formerly was home to Second Cup. Narrative, a locally owned specialty coffee roaster from Cape Coral, serves a variety of coffees, including espresso-based favorites and drip coffees, teas, hot cocoa, pastries, salads, sandwiches and more. Bags of its signature line of freshly ground coffees will be available for sale as well as items from local vendors such as Gustitos Peruvian Bakery & Cafe. Shirley Osuba, a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor (CTFA), has joined the trust and investment management services division of Charlotte State Bank & Trust. She has 25 years of experience in trust and finance. Osuba grew up in the Philadelphia area and earned a Bachelor of Science degree in education at Millersville University. She graduated from the Canon Trust School I, II, and III, Graduate Trust School, and earned her CTFA designation from the American Bankers Association. Osuba began her career as a probate paralegal for a prominent Sarasota law firm, then served as a personal trust specialist and trust officer for a pair of major financial institutions.
FAITH GENERATION CHURCH TO BEGIN LIVE SERVICES ON SUNDAY
Faith Generation Church will begin live services at 10 a.m. on June 7 at Heritage Charter Academy. Faith Generation is a new non-denominational church in Cape Coral with contemporary worship. Faith Generation launched the church back in February, three weeks before the coronavirus closed everything down. Faith Generation services will be held on Sundays at 10 a.m. and provide children’s ministry. The worship service is open to all.
