A recent land sale opened the door for the development of a beach volleyball entertainment center in North Fort Myers.

The Sandbox Volleyball Holding LLC bought 3.45 acres of land at 13891 Willow Bridge Drive, just south of Pondella Road, from Joseph and Jessica Van Hart for $439,000. The transaction negotiated by Chloe Maros, MBA, of Select Real Estate closed Monday.

Maros also is providing development advisory services for the beach volleyball project. Maros declined further comment on the project citing client confidentiality.
