Fuji Sushi Bar & Asian Bistro opened its second location Wednesday in The Pointe at Founders Square on the southeast corner of Immokalee Road and Collier Boulevard. The local restaurant is the fourth for Jon and On Augsondthung. They also own Araya Sushi Asian Grill and the new Yoko-San Ramen in North Naples. The Naples couple launched their first Fuji in 2009 on Naples Boulevard. The new Fuji features the same extensive lunch and dinner menu as the original location in a 2,500-square-foot unit with indoor and outdoor seating. Fuji at Founders is part of a restaurant-centric lineup that includes Skillets and I Heart Mac & Cheese, which opened earlier this year. Crisp & Green, Outback Steakhouse, South Street and Tacos & Tequila Cantina are still coming this spring. Fuji, 8845 Founders Square Drive, is open noon to 9 p.m. Monday through Saturday and 5 to 9 p.m. Sunday.
