Seagate Development Group will renovate and create Isles Luxury Storage starting this month at Bal Harbor Plaza at the corner of Aqui Esta Drive and Bal Harbor Boulevard in Punta Gorda. This approximately 20,000-square-foot facility will be fully climate controlled and include 136 units with sizes ranging from 5 feet by 5 feet to 10 feet by 17.5 feet. The project, which is scheduled for completion by year’s end, involves an adaptive reuse of many of the structure’s existing features and supplementing those features with upgrades in lighting, heating, ventilating, air conditioning and security. It will also include the creation of a fully enclosed drive-thru loading area for customers.
