Waltbillig & Hood General Contractors completed the four-story Mainsail Apartments complex near the Marco Island Bridge in Marco Shores and it suffered no damage from Hurricane Ian. The complex, designed by MHK Architecture, includes a four-story apartment building and four garage buildings. There’s also a clubhouse with a pool, a gym, a lounge area, administrative offices and a mail area with a parcel-holding room. The 132,000-square-foot complex is at 1771 Mainsail Drive near the Marco Island Executive Airport and is adjacent to Hammock Bay Golf & Country Club.
