Babcock Ranch was named the No. 5 best-selling community in the U.S. in 2022 by CLCO Real Estate Consulting. The company ranks the nation’s top 50 fast-selling communities annually. Babcock Ranch jumped five spots from its mid-year ranking in 2022. The community saw a 31% increase in annual home sales from 2021 to 2022 compared to RCLCO reporting a 20% decline in sales activity nationally in 2022 compared to the pace set in 2021’s top communities. Babcock Ranch surpassed more than 2,600 homes sold and over 2,000 homes closed in 2022.
