Seagate Development Group began vertical construction on a 25,000-square-foot warehouse and office for Trend Moving & Storage at Alico Trade Center in south Fort Myers. More than 60 team members, who are expected to move into the space by the third quarter of this year, will utilize the single-story, mixed-use building for administrative work and storage. The moving company has locations in Bonita Springs and New Hampshire, specializing in local and long-distance for commercial and residential customers.
