PBS Contractors began the community pool expansion and renovation at Waterside Condominiums on Fort Myers Beach. Waterside features eight high-rise buildings with a mile of frontage on Estero Bay. The scope of work includes renovation of the pool, expansion of the pool deck and upgrading the restrooms. The existing pool deck will be replaced, a new enclosure for pool equipment and thermal heaters will be constructed, new pergolas will be added to provide shade to guests and a cabana kitchen and grill area will be built.
