The Edgewater Inn, a boutique vacation rental on Estero Boulevard on Fort Myers Beach, was sold for $2.05 million to Edgewater Inn FMB LLC, property records show. The three-story property included four rental units and a pool and sustained significant ground-floor damage during Hurricane Ian. In March, Town of Fort Myers Beach issued a demolition permit for the damaged pool and deck. The previous owner, a New York-based LLC, purchased the property in 2009 for $1.2 million. The bayside property is near Times Square and offers canal access.
