City of Fort Myers has launched FixMyFort, a new mobile and online platform that lets residents report and track service requests for infrastructure issues. In partnership with CivicPlus, the software streamlines requests into one system, improving response times and transparency. Residents can upload photos, share locations and receive updates on issues such as potholes or streetlights. The free FixMyFort app is available on iOS and Android or online at fortmyers.gov by clicking “Report A Concern.”
