Model homes in Northridge at Babcock Ranch from Pulte Homes have broken ground, and pre-sales are now underway. The 116-acre community will include 322 one- and two-story single-family homes with options for both water and preserve views. Thirteen floor plans will range from 1,447 to 4,674 square feet, with options for two to six bedrooms, two to six baths and two- or three-car garages. Prices start from the $300,000s.
