Charleston Square, 1400 Gulfshore Blvd. N. in Naples, is a mixed-use development located in the Coquina Sands neighborhood of Naples. The ground floor features retail and office space, and the top two levels have 24 residential condominiums.
The commercial portion of Charleston Square near the Gulf in Naples has changed hands for $18 million. Charleston Square Owner LLC bought 34,328 square feet of retail space at 225 Banyan Blvd. from Charleston Square of Naples LLC in a deal that closed Sept. 25. Charleston Square includes a three-story Courtyard Building with commercial space on the first floor and separately owned residential condominiums on the upper two floors, as well as a two-story commercial Bay Building. The residential condominiums were not part of the sale. Rob Carroll and David J. Stevens of Investment Properties Corp. represented the buyer, while Biagio Bernardo of Lee & Associates represented the seller.
