The five-bedroom, seven-bath home spans 6,585 square feet on a 0.34-acre lot along Egret Channel, with navigable Gulf access. Built in 2025 by Wilbrett Construction Co., the residence features a saltwater infinity-edge pool, wine cellar, outdoor kitchen and three-car garage. John D. Newman of John R. Wood Christie’s International Real Estate represented the buyer, while Marybeth Brooks of William Raveis Real Estate represented the seller.
