Babcock Ranch plans to launch sales this fall for Sawgrass Lakes, a new gated luxury neighborhood in Lee County featuring 138 homesites by Pulte Homes and Toll Brothers. Homes will range from the upper $600,000s to about $1.5 million, with floor plans spanning roughly 1,850 to 4,494 square feet. Many homesites will overlook lakes and nature preserves. Located off Saw Palmetto Parkway, the neighborhood will connect to Babcock Ranch’s expanding trail network and community amenities. Created by Kitson & Partners, half of Babcock Ranch’s footprint is set aside as greenways, parks and expansive lakes, providing recreation and scenic backdrops for homes and businesses. The town is planned for 20,000 residences and approximately 6,000,000 square feet of commercial space.
