BH Group buys North Naples senior living campus for $10M

Miami-based BH Group and Fort Lauderdale-based Gold Standard of Care acquired AdviniaCare Naples, a 5-acre senior living and skilled nursing campus at 7801 Airport-Pulling Road N., just south of Vanderbilt Beach Road in North Naples, for $10 million, according to the buyers. The property includes 133 assisted living units and 40 skilled nursing rooms. The buyers plan to rebrand the facilities as AHAVA Senior Residences at Naples and AHAVA Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation – Naples. Ricki Kaneti will oversee operations at both facilities. The new owners plan renovations, staffing improvements and upgrades to resident services. The property previously sold for $26.8 million in 2021.
