The Florida International Air Show returns Nov. 1-2, transforming Punta Gorda Airport into one of the region’s biggest tourism draws of the season. Headlined by the Navy Blue Angels and the F-16 Viper Demo Team, the two-day event promises high-energy aerial performances that attract thousands of visitors each year. Families can enjoy new attractions such as the Innovators STEM Pavilion and the Family Aviation Experience, alongside classic air show thrills from acrobatic champions, vintage warbirds and parachute teams. The nonprofit, volunteer-run event has donated more than $3 million to local charities, making it both a premier visitor experience and a community tradition.
