Cameratta Cos. completed the West Village Amenity Center at Verdana Village in Estero. The contemporary clubhouse features a fitness center, gathering room, kitchen, office and restrooms, with a resort-style pool and spa located outside. Additional amenities include a picnic pavilion, horseshoe pits and a multipurpose sports field. The West Village, with 1,181 homes, is nearly sold out, while construction on the East Village Amenity Center, serving 1,219 homes, is expected to begin in October.
