Caymas, a lakefront community in Collier County by STOCK Luxury Homes and Pulte Homes, reported more than $50 million in home sales in the first two months of 2026. The 780-acre, gated community off Collier Boulevard between Interstate 75 and U.S. 41 includes 457 homes and a lifestyle campus anchored by a 30,000-square-foot clubhouse under construction. Momentum was fueled by the opening of its Sports Park, which drew more than 200 attendees and features pickleball and tennis courts, fitness areas and gathering spaces designed to promote an active, social lifestyle. Additional amenities are planned later this year.
