Coffee Rush opened its second Southwest Florida location at 1189 SW Pine Island Road in Cape Coral, on the south side of Pine Island Road just east of Chiquita Boulevard. The 388-square-foot drive-thru is the first built using a new Coffee Rush prototype designed by Fort Myers-based MK Architecture, featuring two drive-thru lanes. The Oregon-born company entered Southwest Florida with a location at 9670 State Road 82 in Fort Myers, near The Forum. The Cape Coral drive-thru is open 5 a.m.-8 p.m. Monday-Friday, 5:30 a.m.-8 p.m. Saturday and 6 a.m.-7 p.m. Sunday. For more on the wave of drive-thru coffee chains flooding the region, click here.
