The newly completed Commons Club Beach Club stands along Bonita Beach in Bonita Springs. Curran Young Construction recently finished the 13,446-square-foot, three-story beachfront clubhouse, which features gathering spaces, dining amenities and Gulf views for club members.
Curran Young Construction completed the new Commons Club Beach Club, a three-story beachfront clubhouse at 26388 Hickory Blvd. on Bonita Beach. The 13,446-square-foot facility was designed by Humphrey Rosal Architects and features open-air gathering spaces, two grill areas, a bar, restrooms and panoramic Gulf views. Built directly on the beach, the clubhouse also offers amenities including beach umbrellas, chairs and shaded pavilions for members. The project replaces the previous beach club facility and is intended to enhance the waterfront experience for members of The Commons Club, a private club affiliated with Bonita Bay. Curran Young Construction served as general contractor on the project.
