Curran Young Construction started work on five amenity buildings at Turnleaf, a residential development at 13250 Burnt Store Road, south of Punta Gorda in unincorporated Charlotte County. The Bonita Springs-based contractor is building the 7,280-square-foot project for GreenPointe Holdings, which is developing the 426-acre community with 1,735 planned homesites. Designed by South Florida Architecture, the buildings will provide recreational and gathering spaces for residents. Construction will incorporate concrete, block, wood and steel, with stone veneer, stucco and fiber cement siding on the exteriors. The work comes as home construction continues throughout Turnleaf. A completion date was not announced.
