McCollum Hall’s architectural details reflect its Art Deco style, preserved even after decades of disuse.

Fort Myers Community Redevelopment Agency will host a series of public meetings to gather input on the future use of the restored McCollum Hall. A dedicated website was launched to provide updates and project information. The first meeting will take place at 6 p.m. Sept. 30 at the Quality Life Center of SWFL, 3210 Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Fort Myers. A second online meeting is set for 11:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Oct. 9, followed by an in-person session at 6 p.m. at Mt. Olive AME, 2160 Veronica S. Shoemaker Blvd. in Fort Myers.
