Crowther Roofing & Cooling expanded its Fort Myers campus with the purchase of two industrial buildings totaling 30,000 square feet at 2574 Rockfill Road. The $2.9 million acquisition adds to the company’s 60-year presence in the area and supports its roofing, cooling and sheet metal operations. The site sits on 1.25 acres and neighbors five existing Crowther facilities, including divisions for mechanical services, electrical and residential and commercial services. LQ Commercial’s Bruce Micciche, CCIM, represented the buyer in the transaction. The deal underscores the tight industrial market in Southwest Florida and highlights Crowther’s continued growth and investment in the region. Micciche said the limited availability of industrial space in Southwest Florida made quick negotiations necessary to secure Crowther’s purchase.
