Kishel brings more than 20 years of national and global leadership experience from Cushman & Wakefield, where he previously served as senior vice president of Americas operations. He co-founded Strix Advisors before joining CPSWFL and has a proven record of driving growth and innovation in commercial real estate. As COO, Kishel will oversee operations across brokerage, property management, development and facility services while supporting the firm’s continued expansion in Southwest Florida.
