The Lee County Port Authority welcomed Delta Air Lines’ inaugural nonstop flight from Southwest Florida International Airport to Salt Lake City on Dec. 20, marking the first direct service between RSW and SLC. The new route expands Delta’s footprint in Fort Myers and provides Southwest Florida travelers with a direct connection to one of the airline’s major western hubs. Delta will operate the nonstop flight daily through May 6.
