SanCap Chamber will host The Everglades Foundation CEO Eric Eikenberg at its Oct. 15 luncheon at Sundial Beach Resort on Sanibel Island. The event begins at 11:30 a.m. Eikenberg will present Everglades Restoration – It’s Worth It, sharing updates on restoration projects and results from a new economic impact study. A longtime advocate for Everglades preservation, Eikenberg has led the foundation since 2012, guiding efforts to protect Florida’s largest watershed and highlighting its economic and environmental significance.
