Five retailers sign leases at Midtown at Bonita

Midtown at Bonita signed five new retail tenants as leasing activity continues at the 68-acre mixed-use development on Bonita Beach Road, just east of Interstate 75 in Bonita Springs. New additions include Dana Tyler Boutique, a fashion and accessories retailer; Airport Donuts, a Naples-based craft doughnut shop; Prime IV Hydration & Wellness, an IV therapy and wellness provider; Fresh Monkee, a smoothie and protein shake concept; and Mattress Warehouse, a bedding retailer. The tenants join a growing lineup that includes TJ Maxx, Ulta Beauty, Chipotle, Panera Bread and several other retailers and restaurants. Midtown is planned as a mixed-use destination featuring retail, dining, apartments, a 165-room boutique hotel and more than 30 acres of preserved open space. Initial tenant openings are projected by year-end.
