Florida’s housing market posted year-over-year gains in closed and pending sales in February, marking six consecutive months of growth, according to Florida Realtors’ housing data. Single-family home sales rose 3.9% and condo-townhouse sales increased 8.6%, while new pending sales also climbed. Median prices declined slightly, with single-family homes at $412,000 and condos at $309,000. New listings dropped compared to a year ago, signaling a slowdown in inventory growth. Statewide supply stood at 4.8 months for single-family homes and 9.3 months for condos, indicating a market stabilizing ahead of the spring buying season.
