A 2.51-acre site at Gulf Coast Town Center in south Fort Myers, outlined in orange, has been sold to Vision Hospitality Group for $2.1 million to develop a new Hampton Inn & Suites. 

LQ Commercial announced the upcoming development of a Hampton Inn & Suites at Gulf Coast Town Center in south Fort Myers. Vision Hospitality Group Inc. purchased a 2.51-acre parcel within the center for $2.1 million to build the new hotel. The site, between Connors Steak & Seafood and LA Fitness at 17100 Royal Queen Blvd. and 10066 Gulf Center Drive, will bring another nationally recognized hospitality brand to the 1.2 million-square-foot regional mall. Brett Low, senior associate at LQ Commercial, represented the seller, GCTC Peripheral IV LLC.
