Crisis Prevention & Empowerment, a nonprofit dedicated to providing free and affordable mental health support throughout Southwest Florida, has received a $25,000 grant from the Daniel R. and Anne M. Harper Foundation. Funds from the Harper Foundation will benefit CPE’s Hope & Healing: Community Access Fund, a targeted behavioral health initiative to address the urgent mental health needs of at-risk individuals and families in Southwest Florida. The program provides direct client assistance, including outpatient therapy, psychiatric medications, transportation and essential resources to mitigate barriers to health. More than 125 individuals in Lee and Collier counties will be supported by the grant.
