A local developer has broken ground on Phase I of The Hub at Daniels, a 160,920-square-foot, five-building industrial park at Saddle Road and Halter Lane, just west of Interstate 75, in south Fort Myers. The first phase includes Building 500, a 36,900-square-foot structure with 18 small-bay units, plus site infrastructure. Halter Holdings LLC is developing the project, with Colliers handling leasing and Phoenix Associates of Southwest Florida serving as general contractor. The project targets growing demand for modern small-bay industrial space near Daniels Parkway and I-75. Building 500 is expected to be completed in early 2027, with additional phases to follow as leasing progresses.
