The first model homes are under construction at Kingston, Cameratta Companies’ massive master-planned community about 10 miles east of Interstate 75 along Corkscrew Road in Estero. Kingston will hold a grand opening Oct. 17, when prospective buyers can tour models from Pulte Homes, Lennar and Neal Communities in Kingston South. The neighborhood is planned for 3,625 homes, while the adjacent Esplanade at Kingston by Taylor Morrison will have 1,285 residences. Homes will start in the $400,000s. Overall, Kingston encompasses more than 7,600 acres, including more than 3,750 acres designated for environmental preserves and wildlife habitat, and is approved for up to 10,000 residences and 700,000 square feet of commercial space.
