Stevens Construction began building a 60,000-square-foot medical office building and ambulatory surgery center for Lee Health at 9450 HealthPark Circle in south Fort Myers. The two-story facility, located on the HealthPark campus near Golisano Children’s Hospital, will expand access to pediatric-focused care. Plans call for a surgery center and endoscopy suites on the first floor, with clinics, classrooms and graduate medical education space on the second floor. The project is being developed with Landmark Healthcare Facilities and is expected to be completed in 2027.
