Legacy Harbour Marina in Fort Myers is set to reopen in spring 2026 following a $15 million redevelopment of its 13-acre waterfront site along the Caloosahatchee River at 2044 W. First St. The project includes a rebuilt marina, a new harbormaster building and upgraded on-site amenities after damage from Hurricane Ian. The facility features 131 slips ranging from 40 to 150 feet, with in-slip pump-out, fire suppression, potable water and single- and three-phase power. New dock systems, including concrete wave attenuation and aluminum-framed docks, are designed for long-term durability and storm resilience. Coastal Marina Management will oversee operations as reservations open ahead of the official launch.
