The 85-homesite development will offer five one- and two-story floor plans, with prices expected to start in the high $400,000s. The first home under construction is the Amelia, a four-bedroom, three-bath design. The community is about 2.3 miles from Manasota Key Beach and one mile from Englewood Sports Complex. Plans also include a small dog park. Buyers will have a choice of move-in-ready homes or homes built after purchase, with some customization options.
