Naples-based Pro Music Rights, which licenses music globally, has uplisted to the OTC ID Market Tier.

Naples-based Music Licensing Inc., also known as Pro Music Rights, announced it has uplisted to the OTC ID Market Tier of OTC Markets Group. The company, the fifth public performance rights organization in the U.S., licenses more than 2.5 million works to platforms including TikTok, iHeartMedia, Napster and Vevo. Pro Music Rights holds an estimated 7.4% share of the U.S. market. The OTC ID Market is designed for companies that provide current information and comply with disclosure requirements, giving investors greater transparency and confidence. Company officials said uplisting will help expand its shareholder base, improve liquidity and support its strategy of acquisitions and portfolio growth.
