A waterfront estate at 4296 Cutlass Lane in Naples sold for $55 million Jan. 14, making it the most expensive U.S. home sale in January, according to Redfin. The Port Royal property spans 15,309 square feet with six bedrooms, 10½ bathrooms, a private pool and dock and 363 feet of waterfront along Cutlass Cove. Built in 2017, the single-family residence includes a five-car garage and boat access to the Gulf. The sale led a list dominated by coastal Florida properties, with six of the nation’s 10 priciest transactions in the state. The Naples deal topped a $42 million Aspen, Colorado, ranch and a $38.3 million Hawaii estate.
