The properties at 25 and 45 Fifth Ave. S. and 470 Gulf Shore Blvd. S. total about 1.32 acres stretching from the Gulf to Fifth Avenue South. The site was previously part of the historic L.L. Bean family compound. James Bates and Maggie Ives of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Fifth Avenue office represented the seller, and Shannon Spalding with Coldwell Banker Realty represented the buyer.
