The exterior of NeoGenomics’ headquarters in Fort Myers. The company provides oncology diagnostic and precision medicine testing services.
Fort Myers-based NeoGenomics has expanded its partnership with Indica Labs to develop its artificial intelligence-powered digital pathology capabilities and improve cancer diagnostics. The company will use Indica Labs' cloud-based HALO AP platform to manage digital pathology images and integrate AI tools across its operations. The technology is designed to streamline laboratory workflows, reduce integration costs and support faster analysis of cancer tissue samples. The expansion also positions NeoGenomics to pursue AI-based biomarker testing, clinical trial collaborations and diagnostic development. The companies have worked together since 2015. HALO AP is not cleared by the Food and Drug Administration for clinical diagnostic use in the United States.Â
