Northstar expands to 153K-square-foot south Fort Myers campus

Northstar Enterprise + Defense is expanding into a 153,000-square-foot headquarters and manufacturing campus off the Alico Road and Oriole Road corridor in south Fort Myers. The company, which manufactures modular data centers for artificial intelligence, telecommunications and defense applications, will retain its existing manufacturing operations off Old 41 Road in Bonita Springs, near Hopsized Brewing Company. Parent company Northstar Technologies Group projects $450 million in 2026 revenue, up from $11.5 million last year, with committed sales potentially reaching $1.3 billion. Northstar employs more than 100 people and is considering another facility in the same south Fort Myers industrial park as demand for AI infrastructure grows.
