Naples-based Premier Sotheby’s International Realty announced that Jackie Thiel will succeed Budge Huskey as president and CEO effective Jan. 1, 2027. Huskey, who has led the luxury real estate brokerage since 2016, will become executive chairman while continuing as vice chairman of Peerage Realty Partners and Peerage Group Sotheby’s International Realty. Thiel, the company’s president for more than two years, previously served as president of Long & Foster Real Estate. The planned succession follows a decade of expansion under Huskey. Premier Sotheby’s now has approximately 1,200 real estate professionals across more than 40 offices in Florida and North Carolina.
