The Conservancy of Southwest Florida will host its 2026 RedSnook Catch & Release Charity Fishing Tournament Oct. 23-25 to raise money for clean-water initiatives. The weekend begins with a kickoff party Oct. 23, followed by two days of fishing, with anglers launching from Naples, Goodland and Chokoloskee. Proceeds support waterway monitoring, mangrove restoration, Everglades restoration, pollution reduction and environmental education. Last year, 59 teams and 118 anglers participated, raising nearly $186,000. An online auction featuring vacation stays, private fishing charters and fishing gear will run Oct. 16-25.
