Riverlandings will break ground at 10 a.m. May 8 at 5942 State Road 80 W. in LaBelle on an expansion adding storage condos, a restaurant complex and luxury townhomes. The project includes 23-by-55-foot climate-controlled storage units that can be customized or paired with 60-by-130-foot waterfront lots. Riverlandings is a Class A motorcoach enclave offering cottages, coach lots and resort-style amenities, including a clubhouse, fitness center and pool.
